I recommend you do this after going through all the modules the second time. WRAP is meant as a sort of final solidifying measure for one's completed recovery. Basically You're going to go through all your triggers, symptoms, and what stages of your wellness or flare-ups they usually show up at, and what strategies you're going to use to manage them.
